Rob Shoesmith, an extreme Apple Fanboy with a passion of getting the latest iDevice on Day 1. He camped for 10, stressful days outside Covent Garden’s Apple Store, for the. Latest iPhone, the 4S. He recently released his new Book for Kindle and Apple’s iBook Store, it goes into detail on how he suffers from panic attacks, which for many years, has hit Rob hard. Being a part of MEDL Mobile, he worked through these panic attacks, they’ve gone now.
What is this book about?
Well, as I said previously, part of it is about the panic attacks he suffered with, another part is how he his life wasn’t getting better, he suffered from insomnia, getting 2 hours of sleep, then his father, sadly passed. He didn’t smile for weeks, until he joined MEDL where he got quite a lot of media attention, putting a huge grin on his face, he sent in an app to MEDL first, most of his ideas got turned down but not this one.
This app was of course, Problem Halved, which took the CEO by storm, it’s an iPhone application where you can submit problems, or solve someone else’s. It took the App Store with amazement. Many people downloading it! It’s in the App Store right now! For only £1.49! Brilliant.
Media Attention
Many News firms heard about Rob, at this time, App Store Development was quite new, not many were making big bucks out of it, they all jumped on the band wagon to hear Rob’s Story, The Guardian took photos of him posing in his Bin Man Uniform, which lead to him being on the front cover of The Guardian, with the Title, “Bin Man Billionaire”. Life for Rob was soon going to change.

Yes, you should indeed! It’s a very interesting read, kept me gripped in, even though I’m not a big book reader, I still enjoyed it!
