The BlackBerry Z10 is BlackBerry’s new smart phone offering. I have been lucky enough to have one to review for the last couple weeks and I have swapped my iPhone out for this new device. I’d like to thank Vodafone UK for sending this phone out to me, and links will be available for the phone at the end of the review. I will not talk a lot about the new BlackBerry 10 OS as there’s an article here about that.

Since the evasi0n jailbreak, statistics have shown up all over twitter and blogs, today the latest statistic is that 7 MILLION devices have been hacked with the #Evasi0n software released by well known developers such as musclenerd, planetbeing etc.
What more astonishing than this, since I bought my iPhone 1st generation from the USA back in September 2007, we’ve had a pretty consistent jailbreak scene. That was until the iPhone 5 and iPad mini, months past and people bought these new devices and took them for what they are, secure by Apple and just like everyone else’s device.
It hit me that the majority of Jailbreakers in the past either gave up their jailbreaks for newer devices, or kept hold of older devices for the jailbreak on so old firmware….
Today we now have 22 different devices with the eligibility to Jailbreak with ease. Not only 22 devices but people who might have never Jailbroken before. The next generation of iDevice users.
I’ve certainly noticed the increase of questions about jail breaking on my YouTube videos and twitter @ replies. With this new jailbreak, we hope it will inspire the next generation of Jailbreakers to create new program’s and tweaks for its 7 million users (so far)
What do you think of jail breaking, are you new to Apple ecosystem, let us know in the comments below or on twitter.
It’s finally here, the longest and most eagerly awaited jailbreak, from this moment, a massive 22 devices across the Apple iOS spectrum have the ability to jailbreak. Everything except the ATV 3.

The iPhone 5 has helped iOS become the leading market share holder in the United States, many phone provider have posted percentages that support this data.
“The iPhone 5 has been successful this period however we also see that Apple’s older models – the iPhone 4S and 4 have also contributed to the growing share of iOS,” Kantar Worldpanel ComTech analyst Mary-Ann Parlato said. “This is particularly the case for first-time smartphone iPhone buyers where we see the older models still selling well amongst this group.”
Will Apple’s trend continue in 2013, will market share for other devices improve and overtake in other parts of the world? We sure hope so and we will be first to let you know if and when they do!
LTE is expected the be the future of Devices, we have seen a huge increase in LTE devices in 2012 and this will only increase in 2013, it has been tested and researchers show that future voice over LTE devices could cut smartphones consumption by 50%
At the moment, current LTE devices aren’t seeing this power save, however future LTE devices with VoLTE capabilities will increase the battery life. perhaps in 2013 we will see the first of theses devices, many users often mention battery life, especially for the iPhone.
