TweetBot has been around on the iPhone for a considerable amount of time now and its used by many users due to its famous fluidity and functionality. The developers of TweetBot have recently finished compiling a new, iPad friendly version of TweetBot in which has been just as successful as the version for the iPhone. Very recently TapBots (the developers) have released an Alpha version of their Twitter client on the Macintosh platform. Mountain Lion was shown off to the world at WWDC, with attendees getting a Pre-Release of it. Everyone in the tech world has been guessing of the release date as no date was given by Apple at WWDC. Rumours are speculating a July 25th release, which is very soon. A strong source has said that Apple are keeping stores open on the evening of July 24th to update all the Macs and displays to Mountain Lion, with a release on the Mac App Store at 12:01 AM PST(California Time) which would be great.

The combined URL and search bar is one of the best things in the user interface of Google’s Chrome browser. In Chrome a single input bar provides both the URL and Search bar functions. Chrome is smart enough to distinguish the difference between a URL and a search query.
