A few weeks back, we gave you a first look at one of iOS’ best Music apps, DJay, we promised you a full review, yes it’s a tad late, but we had to give it full testing. So here we go.
FULL REVIEW TIME!
Disclaimer: We are not getting paid for saying the views we speak in this review, we say what we think is right.
What’s This App All About?
Well, you’ve been to parties, clubs, etc and you’ve saw the MacBook, DJ Decks and more. You gotta agree with me here, that takes up lots of room! So how do we get around this? Well just use an iPad! Millions have one now and they cost as much as your Pioneer Decks would anyway. Maybe even less! If you’re like me, you take your iPod, iPhone or iPad anywhere and everywhere with you, so if you stumble across a party, just whip it out! Its great, just to practice on a train, bus or plane(or many if you have a Chauffeur, lucky!!). It’s also amazing to know that if I decided to DJ at a wedding in another country, I don’t have to carry all those decks, mixers and all that other equipment(I wouldn’t anyway, can’t afford that sort of stuff!) so there’s a plus!
Bad Things
Unfortunately, there is somethings that could be improved. Here is a list
No Sound Effect Keys
If you have come from a dedicated DJ Deck, you would’ve noticed there was some customization keys where you would set certain noises or something else to play through your set, hope to see that in an update!
Well that’s all from us in this review, see you next time!
