Apple’s “Newsstand” app in iOS 5 is a great application, allowing you to read magazines and your subscriptions. However, many of us, don’t really use the app and it sits on our home screens taking up space. This quick tutorial will exploit a bug in iOS 5 and show you how to put the Newsstand app in a folder.
First, you will have to get two other apps other than the Newsstand app (In this case I am using iMessages and Skyfire.) Then, turn your apps into
toggle mode.

Next, Drag one app on top of the other and right as the little box comes up, as shown in the picture, quickly grab and hold the Newsstand app while moving
it slightly towards the folder. If done right, the Newsstand app should move into the folder permanently until you move it out of the folder again. Your folder should look like the picture below.
