Although Apple sold $8,000,000 worth of tickets to this year’s WWDC, chances are you are not the owner of one. Over the years, tickets have sold in increasingly quicker times. This year was no exception with an estimated selling time of 80 SECONDS.

Apple have released their next advert based around the iPad and it’s baby brother, the iPad mini. The typical style of Apple oozes from this video, the quick music, amount of features packed into the 30 second clip. I love this and it works very well throughout. My only negative is the group of people shouting at intervals, it makes the advert seem almost desperate.
Just a few weeks ago, Apple have had 100′s of double-decker buses in London, clad in white backgrounds. Displaying the colourful new iDevices from its chromatics range. In principle the idea is fantastic, however public transport is renowned for the lack of cleaning etc. making the adverts look old and very dirty, something Apple isn’t….

A New York City musician used a combination of technology, seduction, a hammer and a bribe to reclaim his stolen iPhone from a mislead thief.
Jazz trombonist Nadav Nirenberg left his iPhone in a cab over the festive period. The next morning, the 27-year-old learned via his email that someone was sending messages to women on a dating app from the AppStore. In desperation, he signed up to the service posing as a woman. This past week many users of Apple’s internal messaging system, iMessage have been experiencing many outages or losses of connection whilst using it. Most of the time it’s rather difficult to identify a problem with Apple’s messaging service as the majority of the time it can be blamed on your data connection being insufficient to send a message, at least such thing is true in the UK.
