No Spire For iOS 5.1.1
Grant Paul (@chpwn) announced on Twitter that he is not updating Spire to support iOS 5.1.x. Apple does not host decrypted copies of Siri for iOS 5.1 which means that devices running the iOS 5.1.1 firmware are not able to run Siri unless Apple releases an official version of Siri.

iPhone Is Coming To Smaller US Carries! [Contract]
[Information Subject To Date: 04/04/12]
Earlier today, smaller US Phone Carriers said that they were going to start carrying the iPhone 4/4S!
Here is a list:
- nTelos Wireless (Virginia)
- Alaska Communications (Alaska)
- Appalachian Wireless (Kentucky)
- GCI (Alaska)
- Cellcom (Wisconsin): Website updated with “coming soon” banner, and WSAW reportsthat April 20 is the launch date.
This is a great list covering pretty much all of the US now, as Sprint, Verizon and AT&T are already involved, this means you can pretty much just go into a store or online, pay your premiums and get your 4S’! Always good, right??
If you havent already noticed, there’s an absence of T-Mobile! No one knows why they haven’t brought it to their Network? Maybe they’re Android Fanboys!
Well, that’s all from us at #MriOSDevices now, have a great day and don’t forget to tweet this! Link at top of the article!
How To Dump Your Siri Files Perfectly with FSDump
FSDump is a simple Siri file downloaded that downloads all the Siri files straight from Apple via a Software Update Package
You can find all the information & download it here; http://pastie.org/private/j67gacohyb7bjbhsb22qfq
This means all plists and images are complete, whereas if you decrypt them from an IPSW, the plists and images are empty.
FSDump uses the same method as Spire to download its files.
FSDump organises the files ready to put on the device.
Lots more features coming soon like Siri installer and custom Siri IPSW builder
The above information was provided with thanks from Stan, we at MriOSDevices will keep you updates on all Siri ports, it seems the race is still on to get the best Siri port.

http://pastebin.com/3VPwB9iy
Thanks to @StanTheRipper you can now add a repo to get Siri on your iPod Touch, iPhone 3Gs & iPhone 4
The repo you need to install is http://www.stantheripper.com/siri – wait for it to reload and click on changes, once you find #SiriSn0w you can install it. I would advise re-springing or reboot your iDevice to ensure it has fully installed
Disclaimer – You must be on iOS5, This is still in early testing, the GUI works but it is not connected to Apple’s servers so you will get no response. The guys are working on this.
ONLY INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK AND IF YOU ARE CONFIDENT YOU CAN CORRECT ANY ERRORS -
